Founded in Minneapolis by Hannah and Brady, Seven Sundays was inspired by their honeymoon trip to New Zealand, where they discovered the simple goodness of muesli and whole-food breakfasts. After returning home, they set out to reinvent the cereal aisle with healthier, more transparent alternatives made from real food.
What began in 2011 as a small farmers market business quickly grew into a nationally recognized breakfast brand focused on creating cereals, granolas, protein oats, and muesli made without artificial flavors, dyes, preservatives, or refined sugars. Seven Sundays is committed to using nutrient-dense ingredients such as oats, buckwheat, flax, and sunflower protein to create products that are both delicious and nourishing.
Sustainability and regenerative agriculture are central to the company’s mission. Seven Sundays works directly with farmers and ingredient suppliers to support biodiversity, reduce food waste, and improve soil health through regenerative farming practices. The company also uses recycled packaging materials and develops upcycled cereal products designed to minimize environmental impact while supporting a healthier food system.
