How we got here.
As a physician, Dr. Lina Delbrück spent years watching people search for answers in pills, powders, and overly complicated routines. What she wanted instead was something simpler. Something rooted in food and built for real life. Long before supplements existed, physicians like Hippocrates believed food belonged at the center of daily care, not as a cure, but as a foundation. That idea stayed with us.
So we began making fresh, cold-pressed shots for our own family, made from real roots and fruits, kept refrigerated, and handled like food. Over time, friends asked for them, then friends of friends. Eventually, Elixir Shots became something we felt proud to share.
